Albert Mohler on Gendercide
Dr. Albert Mohler, President of Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY has written an excellent article on the chilling practice of gendercide–the murder of girls, especially of baby girls in cultures where male children are valued over female children. Jim Elliff on The Suffering Church
Jim Elliff has an article on the Heart Cry Missionary Society website about an experience he recently had while training a group of pastors and church planters in India and Bangladesh. The article brings out in a very clear manner the way that Christians in other parts of the world are called to suffer because of their faith in Christ. I think it is good for we who live in the USA to be reminded of the plight of our fellow believers in places that are openly hostile to the Lord Jesus Christ and those who belong to Him.
